"I came to Matthew in January of 2022 as I wanted some help for Higher Level Biology in the Leaving Cert that June.
I got a H5 in my Mock Exam in February, so we reviewed this result and observed where I had to improve. At the start of each lesson, Matthew would give me an exercise related to the topic we discussed the week before.
Towards the exams, Matthew's availability was great as he was able to take me in for an extra lesson each week. I ended up pushing my grade H5 to a H1, the highest score achievable and couldn't have done it without Matthew's guidance.
I am now studying dietetics in ATU Donegal where Matthew’s tuition and study guidance is still hugely useful."
"I did weekly Biology grinds with Matthew throughout 6th year as I felt I was struggling with my confidence in Biology, and I needed a H2 for the course I hoped to do.
I am so thankful to Matthew for helping me grow in confidence and helping me to understand the questions on the Biology paper.
He also showed me some great online resources to help me study, which included Youtube Videos and how to effectively learn using the marking scheme I went from achieving a disappointing H6 in my mock exam to achieving a H2 in my Leaving Cert, I couldn’t have been happier with my result, and I am now doing the course I’ve always wanted to do.
Without Matthew’s help this would not have been achievable and I would highly recommend his services to any students in need of some guidance for exams.
We provide lessons at GCSE, Junior Cert, A-Level and Leaving Certificate in Maths, English and Science (Specialising in Biology).
Last year alone 4 Auxilium students achieved H2 grades or above in their tutored subjects 🔥
These sessions are one-to-one, tailored to the individual’s learning style and available both in person and via online meeting. The demand for these lessons increases as the academic year goes on, so if you’re struggling in one of these areas get in touch soon whilst availability lasts. 💯
The interview process can often be the most daunting aspect of applying to a course/job. In my experience within both work and education, I have encountered some really talented individuals who had been let down by their failure to prepare adequately for an interview.
An interview is an opportunity for you to put a face and a personality to the application you have made. Remember that if you’ve made it as far as the interview, you’re being considered!
At Auxilium, we will walk you through the interview process, looking at some standard questions expected in your field.
As well as this, we provide you with Spider Diagrams which depict your own skills/achievements and how they can apply to your desired role.
We believe in highlighting traits which you have already developed through study and experience, rather than producing a script to be learned off.
