4. Payments

Where you buy an ongoing service from us:

• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
• There is no tie-in. You can stop whenever you like: tell us before your next payment date and you will not be charged again.
• You finish the period you have already paid for, and fees are not refundable once that period has started.
• We will give you 30 days' notice before changing a price.

5. Your conduct

When using our services you agree to treat our staff and other customers with respect, follow any safety instructions you are given, and look after anything of ours you use. We can end a service, without a refund, where that does not happen.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Auxilium Education or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Auxilium Education is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us for the relevant service in the period the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
